does anyone know how tough it is to ask a girls dad of you can take his daughter from everything she has ever known, tell him you will take care of her (even though your not sure how or if you can). and to top it all off after you go through all of this he can still say no! and then your faced with the choice do i still marrie her without blessing or do i walk away from the girl you love! just some food for thought!!!

the new week

so its a new week, and a new day in my life. I'm looking at the rest of my college days and knowing they are numbered and in some way being afraid and in more ways looking forward to it. looking forward to life after.
but another thought i now have this ring that i carry in my pocket and no idea how to get rid of it, if you know what i mean!

update!!

so an update on my change of major! i still love it though o find it somewhat weird... maybe im not sure if that is the right word but the thing is here i am a second sem. Jr with 90+hours in businness finance and i change my major to graphic desine its a lot differnt and on top of that im now doing mostly fr. level classes just so i dont get lost and the classes that im in that arnt fr. level im in with ppl that really know what their doing and im just learning!!!!

well V day is over i spen a load of money! lol but it was worth it you kknow i have a great girlfriend! i couldntd hand make anyone better for me. before i met her i prayed for somone with brown hair, she has brown hair! i prayed for green eyes, she has green eyes! but its not just things like that, its also that she has a great heart, and loves God, her family, and others. so if i was going to thank God for making something for me it would be her!

It was where my momma sat on that on that old swing with her love, my dad, and as funny as it sounds it was where grandaddy taught my how to cuss and how to pray. it was where we made our own ice cream on those sultry summer nights, where Buffy had her puppies and all us kids had our fights(cause momma wouldn't let it happen in her house)growing up there were many nights id sit and look out at the stars, to the sound of a distant whippoorwills or maybe the hum of a passing car. you know it was where i first got up the nerve to steal me my first kiss, and where i learned to play guitar and pray i had the gift! if the world had a front porch like we did back then, we would still have our problems but we'd all be friends. we would treat our neighbors like they were our next of kin.

New Major

Well friends, its a new year and a new page has turned for me in more than one way! First it is 2010 and i will be 22 years old this year; and second i am a sr. in college and i just changed mmy major and am adding a minnor! so my life just got a lot busyer! But I have never wanted to do anything half hearted so as was said by a wise proff "Im jumping in with both feet!"
